Vocational Evaluation

Vocational Evaluation is an objective vocational assessment intended to identify alternate occupations for which a person is suited based on their experience, education and training. This assessment practice is a robust measure of vocational abilities and is used in combination with labour market research questions about future earning capacity, income imputation, quantification of loss of competitive advantage, training required to achieve a target wage for personal independence and general employability.

Income Imputation - Family Law

An income imputation assessment in family law is a vocational and financial analysis used to estimate a person’s earning capacity when their actual reported income may not completely reflect what they are capable of earning. The assessment answers the question: What should this person reasonably be earning, given their education, work history, skills, health, and the conditions of the labour market? If the court accepts the findings of the analysis it may assign (impute) an income to that person. Mr. Campbell has been accepted by the court as an expert in earnings capacity determination.

Pediatric Loss of Future Earnings

Pediatric Loss of Future Earnings is a complex analysis which quantifies the loss of career earnings for persons rendered impaired in childhood.

This service uses a combination of components to arrive at a conclusion.  However, because of its distinct purpose it is listed as a stand alone service.  Mr. Campbell has been retained on multiple occasions to estimate the vocational impact of childhood/neonatal injury and has been accepted by the court as an expert in earnings capacity determination.
