Peter Campbell, President of P. Campbell & Associates, is a nationally recognized vocational expert with over 25 years of experience in vocational assessment, rehabilitation, and earning capacity evaluation. He has provided expert services to family law, personal injury, disability, and other medical-legal clients across Canada.
Peter’s expertise includes vocational assessments, employability evaluations, transferable skills analysis, labour market research, and earning capacity / income imputation determination. He has been accepted as an expert in earnings capacity determination and vocational rehabilitation.
A recognized authority in vocational rehabilitation, Peter has been a featured speaker at national conferences in Canada and the USA sharing insights on the efficacy of vocational expert opinion before the court and expert report writing practices. He also serves as president and member of the board of the College of Vocational Rehabilitation Professionals, which sets national standards and credentialing for vocational rehabilitation practitioners in Canada.
Peter has contributed to national projects, including developing and being an expert rater for the National Occupation Classification – Occupational and Skills Information System (OaSIS). He has provided services to wounded veterans, long-term disability claimants, motor vehicle accident victims, Canada Pension Plan Disability and Ontario Disability Support Program recipients and employers.
Peter resides in Hastings County with his wife, teenage son, and two cats.
